Dear reader,

We exist in a world today where change is the only constant. Be it dynasties, conglomerates or socio-political influencers, all of them have taken a ride on the roller coaster of change. With the past left behind and future unpredictable, the only gift we have is to be in the present and walk with the world.

We, at Jade, recognise the tumultuous times and have been able to adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the curve. Bringing you the best of the south on a platter is always an invigorating experience and one has to agree with Robert Frost when he says, ?I have miles to go before I sleep.'

As we inch towards our third anniversary (yes, the terrific three is here!) the focus remains firmly planted on the undiscovered, unexplored and untold tales of the south.
