With the wide range of ready to wear available at most of the major malls and outlets, I'm surprised that you would take on the angst of getting them tailored. It's worth checking the styles available in stores before you decide. But if you insist, find a dark fabric with a little stretch in it and opt for a classic style - not too low or high waisted, a good fit on the thigh and a gentle boot-cut. Remember to wear the right shoes when the length is being measured.

Deep crimson raw silk sounds like they would make great drapes for your living room - but if you want to wear it instead how about a stunning Caftan? Add embroidery at the yoke and you could even get a pair of slim cigarette leg trousers or churi pants to go with it. A blazer is an option as well as you could wear it a lot.

The one style that suits your figure is a fitted skirt that follows the shape of your body and is tailored to perfection. A fairly high waist will emphasize your waist and minimize your hips. A slit at the back helps you walk properly and the fabric should be in a stretch cotton. I have no idea why this style works so well but it will make you look sexy!
